How to order

Raw Biotech does not process cards. Payment is by direct transfer after your order is verified. Here is exactly how that works.

Why there is no card checkout

Card networks and payment processors decline to underwrite research-chemical suppliers as a category. Rather than route orders through a processor that may freeze funds mid-transaction, we collect payment directly by Zelle. This is standard practice in research supply. It also means the exact amount and order reference we send you are important, because they are how your payment is matched to your order.

  1. 1. Place your order

    Add products to your cart and submit the order form. Nothing is charged, no card is collected, and no payment details are requested at any point on this website. You will see a confirmation screen with your order reference — save it.

  2. 2. We email your payment details

    Your confirmation email is sent immediately, and it carries the payment address, the exact amount, and the reference to include. We do not publish our payment details on this website, so that email is the only place they appear. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

  3. 3. You send payment

    Send the exact amount shown, and put your order reference in the memo or note field. The reference is how we match your payment — a payment without it can take significantly longer to process.

  4. 4. We confirm and ship

    Once payment clears we email confirmation and ship your order, with tracking. Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM MT ship the same business day.

Check the details against your invoice

Your invoice email names the payee you should expect to see in your bank or payment app before you confirm the transfer. If what your app shows does not match what the invoice says, stop and email support@rawbiotech.com before sending anything.

Already sent payment?

Reply to your payment instructions email with the confirmation or transaction code. That puts it in the same thread as your order and is the fastest way for us to match it.
